Even an elaborate look should be able to be changed or removed again with little effort. The right remover is more important than many people probably think. Not only does it reliably remove the polish, but also the care and preservation of the natural nails again plays a major role here.

With gel nails, you should also not use the wrong product. If you want to remove the polish from your gel nails, you must use acetone-free products. Acetone damages the gel layer, so you should use products without acetone.

If you have chosen UV polish, however, it is better to choose a remover that contains acetone.

UV nail polish is the best solution between normal polish and elaborate gel modelling. The advantage here is that the UV polish can be quickly removed and renewed with the right solvent. The right remover ensures that you can remove the very durable UV nail varnish in no time at all and without damaging your natural nail, as can often happen when filing off the layers, for example. However, this remover for gel polish should never be used for nail polish layers on artificial / gel nails, as this can quickly destroy the modellage. The composition of the gel varnish remover is such that it can overcome and remove the stable gel varnish layer, which automatically explains what it could unintentionally do to gel nails.

Another little tip from us: If you roughen the varnish layer briefly with the help of a nail file before using the gel varnish remover, it can finally penetrate the varnish layer better in order to remove it afterwards.
